These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and the website www.bonboiscellars.com (“Website”) operated by Bonbois Cellars Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16398777, with registered office at 142 Holland Road, London, W14 8BE (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol from this Website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally allowed to buy alcohol in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request age verification and to cancel orders if you cannot prove you meet the legal age requirement.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw products at any time. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate but errors may occur.

All prices are in GBP and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges are shown on purchase order. Payment is required via bank transfer

You will receive an email confirming your order. This is not a guarantee of acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

We deliver within the UK (mainland only). We aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days. Delivery times are estimates and delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or high order volumes. Delivery must be signed for by someone aged 18 or over. If no one is available, re-delivery will be attempted or instructions followed as per the courier's policy.

We deliver to mainland UK only (excluding Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, BFPO addresses). If delivery to outlying areas is available, extra charges may apply and will be displayed before order confirmation.

We are not liable for delays outside our control.

At Bonbois Cellars, we take great care to ensure that every order is handled with the utmost attention and delivered in excellent condition. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for any wine orders that have already been delivered. This policy helps us maintain the integrity and quality of our products for all customers. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any questions prior to placing your order.

Please inspect goods upon delivery. If they are damaged or faulty, notify us within 24 hours at romain@bonboiscellars.com and audrey@bonboiscellars.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

All content on our Website (including images, text, logos, graphics, design, and software) is the property of Bonbois Cellars Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit any part of the Website content without our express written permission.
